Ingredients
Premium loose leaf rooibos (red bush), apple pieces, cinnamon bark, and natural apple and cinnamon flavors.
Directions
Bring freshly drawn spring water to a rolling boil. Use 1 teaspoon of Rooibos for each cup. Add boiling water, cover and let steep for 4-7 minutes. Pour into your cup, add milk and sugar to taste. Sip this, then set your spirit free!
