Loose leaf black tea, toasted mate, cocoa nibs, kola nuts, cinnamon bark, and safflower.
Directions
Use 1 teaspoon per cup. Bring freshly drawn water to 180ºF (not boiling). Pour. Steep for 3 minutes.
